Yes. Daima Free is $0/mo plus a 2.5% commission per subscription order, capped at $50/mo. Unlike most free Shopify subscription apps, Daima Free has no subscriber limit — the commission caps at $50/mo regardless of volume. You get the Subscribe & Save widget, customer self-serve portal, basic analytics, and Shopify Flow triggers on the free tier. Once your subscription revenue passes $2,000/mo, you're at the cap, and Pro at $29.99/mo with zero commission becomes the better deal.

Most established Shopify subscription apps run $99–$499/mo, and several add per-transaction fees of 0.75–1.5% on top. From inside the Daima app, go to Billing and select your plan. Shopify's Managed Pricing handles the payment change. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.

No. $29.99/mo is the ceiling. There is no enterprise tier, no "contact sales," and no feature hidden behind a higher price point. That's a deliberate choice.

Billing is handled through Shopify Managed Pricing, so whatever payment method your Shopify account has on file is what gets charged. We don't handle payment details directly.

We reply within 24 hours on weekdays for all plans. Pro merchants get same-day responses on weekdays.

Yes, and CSV import is on the Free tier. It covers active and paused subscriber records with their line items, delivery addresses, billing dates and cadences. Plans are rebuilt in Daima rather than carried across, and any ongoing discount has to be baked into the imported price. The exception is subscribers with no usable payment method on their Shopify customer record — PayPal and wallet-only ones — whose contracts still import and activate but come through flagged, so you'll need to email those customers and ask them to re-subscribe. It's self-serve: export, import, activate. The importer is the same whatever app you're leaving, but Recharge and Loop exports have to be renamed to Daima's column names first; a Shopify Subscriptions export imports as downloaded. Any order created by a recurring subscription plan managed through Daima. That includes initial orders and all subsequent renewals. One-time orders on your store are not counted.

The commission is 2.5% of subscription order revenue processed through Daima in a calendar month. Once that calculation hits $50, the commission stops. You won't be charged more regardless of volume. At $2,000/mo in subscription revenue you're at the cap, and Pro at $29.99/mo is clearly the better option.
